Job summary

Mazzella is seeking a Service Coordinator to oversee crane service operations, organize scheduling, and lead field service technicians. The role supports the Service Manager and ensures efficient service delivery across the branch.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and relevant experience in administration or technical environments. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, preparing quotations, purchasing parts, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• 4 years minimum experience in an administrative, customer service or technical environment.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Experience with scheduling multiple employees and crane service work.
• Must successfully complete drug screen, physical and E-Verify.
• High school diploma required; vocational-technical/military training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage scheduling of crane service work including inspections, repairs and upgrades.
• Analyze and update service scheduling; assign technicians.
• Maintain customer rapport to ensure quality service.
• Prepare quotations for installations, repairs and upgrades; follow up on quotes.
• Source and purchase crane parts, equipment and supplies for service work.
• Coordinate with customers and technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Review technician time for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with department documentation and office maintenance.
• Prepare jobs for startup with parts, manuals and dates confirmed.
• Track monthly closings and assist with special projects.
