Job summary

Mazzella is seeking a Service Coordinator in Gonzales, LA to oversee crane service operations. The role involves organizing and scheduling service work, supervising Field Service Technicians, and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in an administrative or technical environment, strong communication skills, and experience with scheduling multiple employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 4+ years experience in an administrative, customer service or technical environment.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively (verbal and written).
• Experience scheduling multiple employees and supervising.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage scheduling of crane service work, inspections, repairs, upgrades and emergency service.
• Analyze and update service scheduling including technician assignment.
• Prepare service quotations and submit to customers; follow up on quotes and purchases.
• Source and purchase crane parts and equipment for service work; arrange rentals as needed.
• Communicate with customers and technicians to ensure on-time completion; review times for payroll.
• Prepare startup parts, manuals, drawings and confirm dates with customers.
• Maintain department files and assist with office upkeep; track monthly projections.
