Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
• Previous internship, customer service, sales, construction, industrial, or related experience preferred.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Prior crane industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program to develop technical, operational, and sales knowledge.
• Accompany Sales Representatives and sales leaders on customer visits and job site visits.
• Learn Maxim Crane Works' fleet, equipment capabilities, and service offerings.
• Develop understanding of customer industries, project requirements, and market opportunities.
• Assist with customer relationship management and account development activities.
• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, presentations, and customer communications.
• Learn crane selection principles, lift planning fundamentals, and project coordination processes.
• Participate in branch operations, dispatch activities, and safety initiatives.
