Job summary

CraneWorks/RentalWorks in Jackson, MS seeks an experienced Oiler to assist crane operators, rig equipment, and ensure safe lifting of loads on active construction sites. You will drive to sites, secure loads, and follow all safety regulations under the supervision of the Branch Manager.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work nights and weekends as required by project schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Pass drug test and background check.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist crane operator with setup and rigging.
• Perform safe lifting using proper hand signals.
• Inspect and secure equipment for transport and operation.
• Maintain and store rigging gear and accessories.
• Adhere to safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site rules.
