Job summary

CraneWorks/RentalWorks is seeking an Oiler in Panama City, FL to assist crane operators, rigging, and load handling on construction sites. You will secure equipment, perform rigging, and guide crane movements with signals while adhering to safety policies and OSHA regulations.

The role requires reliability, ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and a valid CDL/driver's license. A strong safety mindset and physical stamina are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Proficient in oral and written communication.
• Pass drug test and background check.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the crane operator with setup and maintenance of the crane and accessory equipment.
• Perform proper rigging techniques to ensure safe lifting of loads.
• Control movements of heavy equipment in confined spaces.
• Dismantle, maintain, and store rigging gear; hoist lines as needed.
• Ensure safety by using proper hand signals and adhering to OSHA policies.
• Inspect trucks, report defects, and prepare equipment for next shift.
