Occasional overnight travel may be required, with a focus on marketing and sales for the Milwaukee branch and surrounding area. Ideal candidates bring customer service excellence, CRM experience, and crane rental knowledge.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience in crane/aerial rental or construction equipment rental highly preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell for the Milwaukee, WI branch and surrounding area.
• Evaluate job sites to quote safely and efficiently.
• Input all customer interactions into the CRM daily.
• Coordinate sales efforts by analyzing customer volume and potential.
