Job summary

Bay Crane is seeking a Project Coordinator at our Cleveland, OH branch to support the regional sales team by coordinating crane rentals, scheduling, and project documentation. You will link customers, field personnel, and internal departments to keep complex projects organized and moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service; experience in construction, heavy equipment, or transportation is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); CRM experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to read construction drawings and lift plans.
• Knowledge of crane operations and rigging practices preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations, NCCCO certifications, and construction safety requirements preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crane rentals, transportation logistics, and job scheduling across active projects.
• Schedule crane operators, riggers, support equipment, and transportation resources.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to the sales team and management.
• Assist with fleet utilization, equipment availability, and resource planning.
