Job summary

SANY America seeks a Logistics Coordinator-Cranes to coordinate transport, delivery, and documentation of cranes across North America. You will be the primary link between Crane Sales, customers, dealers, ports, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple high-value shipments. Travel up to 50% and on-site or remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in crane industry logistics, delivery, or related roles.
• Experience with cranes or heavy construction equipment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound transportation of cranes, attachments, and equipment.
• Schedule deliveries from ports, warehouses, factories, and storage locations to customers/dealers.
• Obtain/compare transportation quotes for various shipments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
