Job summary

MGX Equipment Services in Bloomington MN is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to identify new opportunities in parts and service sales while working closely with Parts and Service Managers.

The role includes building relationships with customers, quoting opportunities, and providing technical support to ensure timely maintenance and delivery. The position requires up to 80% travel and a strong understanding of crane equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of sales experience in construction equipment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-disciplined with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Crane Equipment preferred (ATs, RTs, Crawlers, etc.).
• Clean driving record with ability to travel 80% (daily; overnight travel may be required).

Responsibilities

• Maintains a sales program within the area to maximize selling time.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing customers; sets up new vendors.
• Informs customers of supply and price trends.
• Secures and renews orders and arranges delivery dates.
• Supports internal sales, service and parts departments.
• Assists with past due account balances.
• Provides exceptional customer support and follows up on sales calls.
