Job summary

The Manitowoc Company in Bloomington, MN (MGX Equipment Services) is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to grow parts and service sales, quote opportunities, and support the Parts and Service teams. This full-time role reports to the Branch Manager at the Bloomington branch.

In this role you will meet with customers and prospects, provide technical support and maintenance guidance, and drive monthly sales goals while maintaining strong relationships and timely follow-up with clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of three (3) years of sales experience preferred within the construction equipment industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be self-disciplined and have exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to gaining clientele.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a sales program within the area based on customer requirements; organizes territory in order to maximize selling time.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing customers; sets up new vendors.
• Provides customers with technical support; provides operator and maintenance orientation on new equipment; ensures scheduled maintenance is performed in a timely manner.
• Researches and delivers parts to customers.
• Works closely with Parts and Service Managers to accomplish monthly sales goals.
