Job summary

MGX Equipment Services is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative in Dallas, TX to drive parts and service sales through strong customer relationships. You will quote, follow up with customers, and coordinate delivery with Parts and Service teams, while maintaining a robust sales program within your territory.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience in construction equipment, is proficient in MS Office, and can travel up to 80% with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred in construction equipment or related industries.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-disciplined with exceptional customer service and proactive client development.
• Knowledge of Crane Equipment (ATs/RTs/Crawlers, etc.) preferred.
• Must have clean driving record and ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a sales program within the territory to maximize selling time.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers; establish new vendors.
• Inform customers of supply and price trends and secure renewals.
• Prepare quotes and labor estimates for parts/services; coordinate delivery dates.
• Provide technical support and operator/maintenance orientation on equipment.
• Work with Parts and Service Managers to achieve monthly sales goals.
• Follow up on sales calls and deliver welcome packets within 1 week of delivery.
• Act as subject matter expert on the complete product line in the area of responsibility.
