Job summary

Edison Chouest Offshore in Golden Meadow, LA is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to load, offload, and stage materials safely. You will supervise a crew, perform pre-use inspections, and ensure accurate documentation while operating Manitowoc and Liebherr cranes.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License
Valid TWIC Card
Successful completion of Crane Operator Mentor Program
Ability to read and write in English

Responsibilities

Operate Manitowoc cranes and related equipment to lift, move, and position loads such as ship structures and equipment.
Supervise assigned crew working with the Crane Operator and ensure teamwork.
Conduct and document pre-use inspections as designated by the Equipment Maintenance Program.
Complete time cards, pre-jobs, daily inspections, and reports accurately.
Maintain cab and crane areas; ensure safety and compliance with PPE rules.
Communicate effectively with peers, clients, and management; report faults immediately.
