Qualifications

• Commitment to a safe work environment, quality product, and teamwork.
• NCCCO certification for Large Hydraulic Crane (required).
• NCCCO certification for Small Hydraulic (preferred).
• Class B CDL (Class A preferred).
• Minimum 2 years direct crane operating experience.
• Knowledge of rigging various pieces of equipment.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Must possess current NCCCO or equivalent crane operator certification.
• Must hold a valid operator license for the operated location.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions at various sites.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.
• Knowledge of transportation safety standards and load handling.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Safely driving the crane to job sites and operating the mobile crane to lift, move, and position loads.
• Control rigging, lifting, moving and positioning loads with the crane.
• Unload crane accessories and materials from trailers; setup and dismantle crane per ANSI/OSHA.
• Receive direction from others via signals to determine load movement.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain logs of repairs and hours.
• Read and interpret load charts to determine safe operating capacity.
• Work outdoors and may require weekends/holidays.
