Job summary

Continental Heavy Civil in Florida is seeking an experienced Crane Operator for projects across Sarasota and Fort Myers. You will operate both lattice and hydraulic boom cranes and perform pile driving and ACP operations. Applicants must hold current crane operator certification and have heavy civil construction experience, following safety standards and coordinating with ground crews. This is a full-time, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Pile driving experience and ACP operations are required.
• Current crane operator certification is required.
• Experience with lattice boom and hydraulic boom cranes is required.
• Prior heavy civil/construction experience is required.
• Knowledge of crane operations, rigging, load charts, and jobsite safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of and commitment to company safety standards.
• Background Check and Drug Test mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Perform other construction duties as needed.

Crane Operator - Sarasota / Fort Myers, FL

Crane Operator position available for projects throughout the Sarasota / Fort Myers, Florida area. We are seeking an experienced operator with a strong background in pile driving and Auger Cast Pile (ACP) operations.

Candidates must have applicable crane operator certification and experience operating both lattice boom and hydraulic boom crane configurations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate lattice boom and hydraulic boom cranes
• Perform pile driving and Auger Cast Pile (ACP) operations
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and complete required checklists
• Clean, lubricate, and perform routine operator maintenance on equipment
