Prince in Georgia is seeking a crane operator to observe load hookup and determine safety, regulate crane and hoist movement, and attach loads as required. The role includes cleaning and maintaining equipment, inspecting for defects, and following written or verbal instructions to ensure safe operations.

The position is outdoor work with long hours and exposure to heat and rain. Applicants must be able to stand, lift, and perform physically demanding tasks, typically five days per week with

• Cleans and maintains crane and hoisting mechanism
• Inspects crane for defective parts and notifies supervisor of defects or malfunctions
• May attach load to hook or other crane accessory prior to operating crane
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Must be able to stand, kneel, walk, lift, bend, stoop, push and pull for long periods of time
• Must be able to work on average ten (10) hours per day, five days (and occasionally six days) per week
• All work is performed outdoors in Florida heat and rain; and around heavy highway traffic areas.
