Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in crane-related roles (inspector, operator, rigger, signalperson, lift director, planner, or heavy equipment operator).
• Strong knowledge of crane operations, rigging, signaling, lift planning, and safety.
• Ability to teach adult learners in classroom and outdoor settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theory-based and hands-on instruction for cranes, rigging, and signalperson and safety procedures.
• Guide students through equipment setup, operation, and shutdown, including hoisting and signaling.
• Assess student performance with exams and practicals; maintain records and provide feedback.
