Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to uphold safety policies and procedures.
• Industrial Electrical and Mechanical experience (multi-craft).
• Ability to safely troubleshoot industrial systems.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing, steel, or similar industrial environments.
• Ability to read mechanical prints, electrical schematics, and OEM manuals.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and around overhead cranes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-centered environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and upgrade overhead and mobile cranes.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure crane reliability and safety.
• Uphold safety policies, practices and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Demonstrate ownership and contribute to safe operations on weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
