The role requires weekend, holiday, rotating shifts and potential unscheduled overtime, with a strong emphasis on safety policies and teamwork to keep equipment running at peak performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to uphold safety policies and procedures.
• Industrial electrical and mechanical experience (multi‑craft).
• Ability to safely troubleshoot industrial systems.
• Experience in heavy manufacturing, steel, or similar environments.
• Ability to read mechanical prints, electrical schematics, and OEM manuals.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and around overhead cranes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team‑centered environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or military experience preferred.
