Responsibilities

• Supervises planning, scheduling, prioritizing, and assigning work to Crane Technicians.
• Manages day-to-day operation of the Shop.
• Procures materials and equipment for crane technicians.
• Coordinates projects with Branch Managers to ensure timely completion.
• Maintains computerized records for expenditures, timekeeping, damages, scheduling, and crane utilization.
• Arranges and conducts training for technicians to maintain and upgrade skills.
• Monitors and adjusts preventive maintenance programs.
