Job summary

ALL Crane Rental of Alabama, LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician and Mechanic to service cranes and heavy equipment in Theodore, AL. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a $300 candidate sign-on bonus after 100 days of employment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of cranes, heavy-duty trucks, reading manuals and drawings, and ensuring safety compliance while coordinating with service writers and customers.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair cranes and heavy equipment.
• Read manuals, blueprints and drawings for repairs.
• Safely operate cranes, heavy trucks and lift equipment.
• Willing to learn new electronic and hydraulic systems.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair on cranes, heavy equipment and trucks.
• Read manuals and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Document actions taken and parts used.
• Coordinate with service writers, supervisor and customers.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
