Job summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc. in Austell, GA is seeking a Crane & Heavy Equipment Service Technician & Mechanic to perform hands-on repair and maintenance of mobile cranes, trailers, and heavy trucks in a shop environment.

The role is full-time, non-exempt with comprehensive benefits. A $300 sign-on bonus is payable after 100 days of continuous employment. Must have a strong diesel, hydraulic, and electrical background and be capable of lifting 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cranes and lift equipment.
• Diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical background required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in variable temperatures.
• Strong initiative and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mobile cranes, heavy trucks, and trailers.
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components.
• Read operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and drawings.
• Document actions taken in proper records.
• Use diagnostic tools (e.g., Cummins INSITE) for troubleshooting.
• Maintain safety requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
