Qualifications

• Experienced in trucking and dispatch functions.
• Knowledge of the permitting process for oversize loads.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to work 40 hours per week and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crane operators, tractor-trailer drivers and support staff.
• Orient, train, assign, schedule, coach and evaluate employees; ensure job expectations are met.
• Keep records, logs and schedules of calls, vehicle status, and actions taken.
• Ensure on time delivery of cranes and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain files for safety compliance, DOT/FMCSA regulations and insurance requirements.
• Secure permits, escorts, and flagmen.
• Ensure drivers comply with DOT/FMCSA and company safety policies.
• Coordinate route monitoring and scheduling with field units.
• Coordinate with Sales to ensure proper equipment delivery.
• Submit billing and payroll information to other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
