Job summary

Ace Handyman Services in Las Vegas seeks a highly motivated Craftsman with multi-trade skills to join our veteran-owned team delivering quality home repairs, maintenance, and remodeling to Repeat and Referral Customers.

You will work Mon-Fri, 8 am–5 pm, with a competitive hourly wage and performance bonuses, a strong team environment, and opportunities for advancement as you grow your career within a national Ace Hardware-backed brand.

Qualifications

• Multi-trade craftsmanship across carpentry, tiling, stucco, electrical, and plumbing are required.
• Ability to diagnose issues quickly and provide quality repairs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot problems quickly and professionally.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Maintain a clean, presentable work site and organized tools.
• Identify additional repair opportunities and present them to customers.

Proper Equipment

Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks and a reliable truck or van.

Troubleshooting Skills

Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Be Presentable

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name.
