Qualifications

• Good overall knowledge of trades: plumbing, carpentry, tile and electrical.
• Excellent communication with management, homeowners and suppliers.
• Punctual, efficient, and able to earn customer confidence.
• Looks presentable with decent vehicle and well organized tools.
• Willing to advance within a growing, team-focused environment.

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
