Ace Handyman Services is seeking a skilled Craftsman to join our team as a multi-trade specialist. You’ll work on residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects with a focus on quality workmanship and customer service.

Ideal candidates have knowledge in plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical work, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills. You’ll operate with independence on job sites while collaborating with homeowners and franchise staff.

Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Troubleshooting Skills

Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry.

There are Franchise Owners and Office Managers to assist with the day-to-day operations and administrative side of the business allowing our Craftsmen to focus on the tasks at-hand and provide our customers with professional services that delight our customers. Our Franchise Owners are successful, business-savvy individuals, who are ethical and treat our staff like Family. The safety and well-being of TEAM members is a top priority. Many of our Craftsmen are former business owners themselves and after working for an Ace Handyman Services local office, even for a short time, they have no desire to be out on their own or operating their small businesses any longer.
