• Has broad knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical trades.
• Strong troubleshooting ability to examine issues and resolve them promptly.
• Excellent communication with management, homeowners, and customers.
• Punctual, efficient, and demonstrate integrity in all tasks.
• Maintains a clean, presentable appearance and organized tools and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess properties and communicate potential repairs to customers.
