Ace Handyman Services Lake Norman is seeking a skilled Craftsman to perform plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical tasks across residential projects in Lake Norman. You will work weekdays in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, a presentable appearance, and reliability to earn customer trust and contribute to a growing team.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical tasks.

• Presentable and punctual with a clean-cut appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assess jobs on site and provide accurate repairs across multiple trades.
• Communicate with customers to explain work and gather additional repair opportunities.
• Perform high-quality repairs with safe practices and efficiency.

Proper Equipment:

Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Troubleshooting Skills:

Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Be Presentable:

• Clean-Cut appearance
• Decent looking vehicle
• Organized tools

• Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
