Ace Handyman Services Lake Norman is seeking a highly motivated Craftsman with skills in multiple trades. The role focuses on delivering quality home repairs with a customer-first approach and professional communication.

You will work on projects across plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical tasks, ensuring timely, safe, and neat workmanship. The ideal candidate will be punctual, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in multiple trades (plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical) and ability to diagnose and repair diverse home systems.
• Strong communication with homeowners, office personnel, and management.
• Punctual, efficient, and focused on delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform handyman tasks across plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical trades.

Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role:

Proper Equipment:

Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.

Troubleshooting Skills:

Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.

Be Presentable:

• Clean-Cut appearance
• Decent looking vehicle
• Organized tools

Other:

• Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
