Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Workforce Services Accommodation and Engagement Representative to support employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives within project accommodation environments. Based in Reston, VA, the role partners with HR and project teams to implement engagement programs, wellbeing activities, and recognition efforts.

Occasional travel to project sites may be required. The ideal candidate will drive positive accommodation culture and contribute to retention strategies,

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in HR, IR, or related field.
• 8–14 years of relevant experience.
• Must have the right to work in the United States; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve accommodation engagement programs.
• Collaborate with site leadership to enhance employee experience.
• Coordinate engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives.
• Support recognition programs and retention efforts.
• Analyze feedback and workforce data for continuous improvement.
• Travel to project sites as needed to support activities.
