Responsibilities include conducting sessions, teaching blueprint reading and tool usage, assessing trainees, and coordinating with site management to ensure effective learning and safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced certifications or degrees in construction preferred.
• NCCER Instructor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions using NCCER and internal curricula.
• Teach blueprint reading, tool usage, and construction techniques.
• Integrate safety principles into training programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and design curricula.
• Research current industry practices and adapt curricula.
• Adapt lesson plans for diverse learners.
• Manage training lab spaces, materials, and equipment.
• Assess trainee performance through practical evaluations.
• Maintain records of trainee progress and certifications.
• Coordinate with jobsite management for training initiatives.
