Job summary

Nox Group in Reno, NV is seeking a Craft Training Manager to lead the Workforce Development (WFD) team across multiple projects. You will supervise 3–8 Craft Trainers, shape training plans, and ensure field teams are equipped, trained, and compliant with safety standards.

You will translate field feedback into data-driven decisions, drive look-ahead planning with Touchplan, and partner with QA/QC, HSE, and operations to deliver measurable improvements in crew readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a skilled craft with training or supervision.
• Experience managing training programs in construction or industrial settings.
• Ability to supervise multiple sites with on-site and virtual oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Craft Trainers and WFD Specialists.
• Plan and schedule training aligned with field progression and VM data.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company LMS documentation standards.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, HSE, and Field Ops on training priorities.
