Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and screening process.
• Post job requisitions internally and externally, source candidates via media and networks.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine qualifications.
• Assist with onboarding documentation (offers, agreements, etc.).
• Develop relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to foster effective relationships.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends and job descriptions.
• Other duties and responsibilities as required.
