Qualifications

• 3+ years of craft or trades staffing experience, preferably in construction.
• Experience working under tight timelines and managing high volumes of requisitions.
• Comfort traveling to job sites and hiring events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage requisitions, assess job specifications, and conduct skills testing.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and field operations teams.
• Execute the full recruitment and hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
