The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree (preferred), strong MS Office skills, and experience with iCIMS in a construction environment. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with a diverse workforce and travel up to 25%.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; strong customer service.
• Previous high-volume recruiting experience; bilingual Spanish/English required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes applications and conducts interviews to determine suitability.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of skilled craft personnel.
• Educates hiring managers on talent acquisition processes; ensure timely experience.
• Ensures compliance with EEO, ADA and other regulations; maintains files.
• Keeps up with industry trends and recommends improved practices.
• Represents Sundt at job fairs and conferences to develop regional networks.
• Coordinates with Operations to deploy internal craft staff to projects.
