• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Direct experience leading craft and skilled trades recruiting in industrial construction or self-perform environments.
• Strong knowledge of skilled trades workforce dynamics and regional labor markets.
• Experience partnering with staffing agencies and labor vendors is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites and regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life cycle recruiting for craft and skilled trades across multiple regions and projects.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified craft talent in competitive markets.
• Build pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, trade associations, and partnerships.
• Partner with operational leaders to understand labor needs and hiring priorities.
• Ensure candidate experience and hiring quality align with HITT standards.
