Responsibilities include coordinating multiple events, instructing participants in crafts, adding optional party extras, and handling emails, calls, and paperwork to keep events on track.

• Must have experience working with children and children’s events.
• Excellent people skills and clear communication required.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities for events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events.
• Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity.
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects and activities.
• Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members.
• Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails and making phone calls.
• Adjust plans based on client feedback and needs.
• Create backup or emergency plans for events and ensure client satisfaction.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards; set up, break down, and clean after each event.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
