Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events (including kids birthday parties and craft classes) at the Michaels store.
• Engage with clients of all ages to create a fun, creative environment.
• Instruct party participants and supervise activities such as face painting and other activities.
• Coordinate add-ons (goody bags, balloons) and communicate plans with clients and store team.
• Handle administrative tasks: emails, calls, and paperwork; adjust plans per client feedback.
• Ensure events run smoothly, with setup and teardown and adherence to safety standards.
