• Demonstrate and teach craft activities; supervise activities like face painting.
• Coordinate add-ons (balloons, goody bags) to store standards.
• Assist customers, answer emails, phone calls, and complete paperwork as needed.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and store tasks.
