Job summary

You’ll manage coordinating multiple events, create engaging experiences, handle communications with clients and team, and perform administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and facilitate in-store events including children's birthday parties and craft classes.
• Engage with customers of all ages and provide solutions to shopping needs.
• Demonstrate and guide party activities, including basic crafts and related activities.
• Coordinate add-ons (goody bags, balloons) per company standards and communicate with clients and team.
• Handle administrative tasks such as emails, calls and paperwork as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards and proper setup/breakdown of events.
