The Brass Tap in Prosper, TX is hiring dedicated kitchen team members for full-time and part-time roles. You will prep, cook, and plate menu items, ensuring quality and presentation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include following food safety guidelines, sanitation standards, and recipe procedures, keeping equipment clean, and working with a team to deliver great guest experiences. Weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older; state/local requirement.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English.
• Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.

Responsabilités

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow recipe procedures.
• Keep equipment clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
