Job summary

The Brass Tap - Marina is hiring for kitchen team members to prepare, cook and plate menu items following recipes and standards. The role emphasizes food quality, teamwork and a fast-paced environment.

We welcome both full-time and part-time applicants. You will join a team dedicated to safety, sanitation and guest satisfaction while contributing to a lively craft beer-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older, per state/local law.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English.
• Able to operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment.
• Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow recipe procedures.
• Keep equipment clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
