The Brass Tap Inc. is seeking kitchen team members in Georgia to prep, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe procedures. They are dedicated to food quality and take pride in every dish.

Positive attitudes and teamwork are part of the culture. Now hiring full-time and part-time positions. Responsibilities include following food safety guidelines, maintaining sanitation, and working without constant supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 18+ years old
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
• Able to read tickets, recipes and prep sheets in English
• Able to competently operate grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment
• Standing for long periods and able to lift up to 60 pounds

Responsabilidades

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling and storage
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Follow recipe procedures
• Keep equipment clean and organized
• Complete duties without constant supervision
