Job summary

Haskell seeks a Craft Development Specialist to lead its Field Technical Training (FTT) program and foster growth of craft leaders across sites. You will shape curricula, deliver engaging trainings and partner with field teams to raise skill levels nationwide.

The role requires extensive travel (about 75%) to job sites, coordinating with superintendents and mentoring crews while upholding safety and quality standards.
