Job summary

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is hiring a bartender to bring energy and hospitality to our bar and dining room, crafting cocktails and guiding guests through our menu.

You will greet guests warmly, maintain service standards, operate the POS, and stay compliant with alcohol laws while building genuine connections with every guest.

Qualifications

• Greet guests warmly at the bar and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Craft memorable moments with attentive service.
• Maintain high service standards at bar and dining area.
• Take and prepare drink and food orders quickly and accurately.
• Stay proactive with restocking, cleanliness, and guest-ready workspace.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of the ACFP menu to confidently answer questions and make suggestive sales.
• Create high-quality, craft cocktails with consistency and care.
• Maintain a full understanding of alcoholic beverage laws and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Be of legal age to serve alcohol, per state guidelines.
• Build genuine connections with guests, creating memorable dining experiences.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Stand for the duration of your shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
• Keep a positive attitude and friendly demeanor throughout each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, upholding food safety and quality standards.
