Job summary

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza is seeking a friendly Server in New York. This part-time role offers hands-on training, a path to full-time with health benefits for full-time staff, and opportunities to grow within a team‑oriented environment.

As a Server, you will greet guests, guide menu choices, take orders accurately with the POS system, and maintain clean, guest-ready spaces while upholding alcohol service laws.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service mindset with a friendly, proactive approach.
• Ability to guide guests and make recommendations from the menu.
• Knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible serving.
• Eligible to serve alcohol per state law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome from the start.
• Create memorable moments through attentive, personalized service.
• Maintain outstanding service levels for all guests.
• Take and process orders quickly and accurately using the POS system.
• Restock, clean, and keep service areas guest-ready.
• Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests, not just your section.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in your section and dining room.
• Assist with restocking and running side work during and after shifts.
• Follow alcohol service laws and ensure responsible serving.
• Work as part of a team to uphold high standards and great environment.
