Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must safely use knives and other bar/food prep equipment.
• Must maintain current Food Handler and TABC certifications.
• Adhere to sanitation procedures and liquor regulations.
• Demonstrate passion for hospitality and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests and interact in a friendly, professional manner.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts and maintain uniform standards.
• Set up, stock, and break down the bar per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar throughout shift.
• Prepare cocktails and beverages per Ida Claire recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and product offerings.
• Assist guests with menu questions and dietary concerns.
• Handle cash/credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support the restaurant team with service and table maintenance.
• Pre-bus and manicure tables; restock bar and service areas.
• Report equipment issues to management promptly.
• Ensure proper sanitation and compliance with regulations.
