Qualifications

• Minimum two years serving/bartending experience in high-end casual or fine dining.
• Knowledge of wine, whiskey, and beer preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds.
• Maintain a Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Create unique cocktails and hand-crafted drinks.
• Recommend wine, whiskey, or cocktails to pair with meals.
• Provide warm, southern hospitality and host guests.
• Be knowledgeable about the local Farm-to-Fork menu and beverage program.
