Job summary

Haywire is seeking Bar Backs & Service Bartenders to join our team in Austin, TX. The role involves supporting bar and service operations, crafting cocktails with precision, and ensuring guests receive attentive, high-quality beverage service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of restaurant/bar experience, strong English communication, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Certifications in Food Handling and TABC are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year restaurant and bar experience.
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Craft cocktails that are Hand Tooled and Gussied Up.
• Balance showmanship with efficiency at the bar.
• Maintain close attention to detail in beverage service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of whiskey, wine, and beer.
