Soho House & Co. is seeking an experienced Bartender in Miami to deliver exceptional beverage service and memorable experiences for guests and members. You will craft cocktails, upsell menu items and maintain a high-energy, guest-centric bar environment.

The role requires strong communication, a neat appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while supporting the global beverage program and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume F&B operation.
• Craft cocktail experience with seasonal ingredients.
• Experience making coffee drinks is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and deliver drink requests efficiently while staying consistent.
• Strong communication and people skills are essential.
• Flexible schedule and reliable attendance are required.
• Tips certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow steps of service and guidelines for cocktails, juices, coffee and drinks.
• Maintain an organized bar area and assist teammates with glassware and cleanup.
• Educate guests and members about beverage options through training programs.
• Promote daily specials and food pairings to drive sales and guest experience.
• Handle cash and operate the till for paid items.
• Check IDs and monitor alcohol service in line with regulations.
• Arrange displays to showcase beverage options and boost sales.
• Serve customers warmly and helpfully.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment with Barbacks.
• Mix ingredients per recipes to maintain brand consistency.
