You will greet guests, learn preferences, upsell, and prepare cocktails and coffee while maintaining a polished appearance and energy. A flexible schedule and strong service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in high-volume F&B operations.
• Craft cocktail experience and handling perishable ingredients.
• Experience making coffee drinks is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and deliver drinks promptly while staying consistent.
• Strong communication and people skills; reliable with a flexible schedule.
• Tips certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow steps of service and guidelines for cocktails, juices, coffee and bar drinks.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and assist teammates with cleanup.
• Educate guests about beverage options from House Tonic trainings.
• Promote daily specials and food pairings to boost sales and guest experience.
• Handle payments and operate the cash register.
• Verify customer ages for alcohol/tobacco and monitor intoxication levels.
• Arrange bottles to create appealing displays and drive sales.
• Serve guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment with Barbacks.
• Mix ingredients according to recipes for a consistent program.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
